PS3 super slim SSD issue

I swapped the stock HDD on my ps3 super slim with PNY XLR8 SSD and FFXIV wouldn't run smoothly on the SSD. It loads faster but from time to time audio will get cut off for 30-50 seconds until the HDD led starts blinking again. At that point of time, additional characters won't load as well as our characters animation if we cast any spell or use any ability. I can see the crossbar ability starts its recast but nothing else happened until the hdd led on the ps3 starts blinking again

I tried the SSD on a pc, installed windows on it, watched fhd movies on it and it worked as it should.

I tried to play other ps3 games on the SSD and all games worked just fine.

Anyone experienced this problem before?
