Duty Commenced being slow on Twitch

Is anyone else having issues with it?

I can't watch it for 15 seconds without it caching for the next 20-30.

What's up with that?
I've checked whether it might be my slow connection but it's using around 5MBit/s.
Which should be more than enough for a 1080p stream?

In the first 7:00m it generated almost 700MB in download.
Can we get some codecs processed streams maybe?

I was having this same problem too. Thought it was just me. I have tried the video several times over the last few days but every time after about 10-30 seconds it will stop and buffer for a few minutes, then play for another 10-30seconds and repeat. Haven't managed to get past Camate and Bayohne's introductions D:
