Rank 20 Blacksmith "An Ear for Quality"

I completed the Rank 20 Blacksmith guild quest on August, 28 2011 at 4:48 PM. Today I looked through my currency to see if I had gathered enough guild marks to buy something and I notice I had none. :( I remembered doing the quest, but to make sure I logged onto this site to double-check. It shows the time and date I completed the quest, but I didn't get the reward. Does anyone know of a similar problem with this quest?

I notice your armorer is higher, did you maybe do it for armorer instead, I under stand they have the same quest line, and you can only do each quest with one job, or so I've heard.
