Hero on the Halfshell ISSUE

I have completed "Under the Armor" and "Basic training: Enemy Strongholds". However, no other guildhest unlocks for me.

I am level 50 trying to complete my main quest. I do not see Hero on the Halfshell on the list.

I googled and was told to do the previous guildhest, which i did but nothing changes.

Try doing "Basic training: Enemy Strongholds" again.
