Nope, gotta wait.
SE is milking as much hype as possible by releasing new info slowly
Official Au Ra names encouraged thus far:
Gold Radium
Raen Time
We have the Raen naming conventions.
We've had them since the Domans showed up.
Raen names are or "sound" (and since the dev team in Japanese, mostly "are") Japanese, with Yugiri being the current example.
Xael are still a question, but we have 50% of the answer and should have all or most of them by the benchmark.
They might not have surnames at all. Those types of cultures DO exist, y'know. For example, surnames in Japan were reserved for the nobility until the Meiji era. Which is why you have a lot of names that use the 田 kanji, which basically means "field" or "farm," as these people were farmers and just picked surnames related to where they lived (山田=Yamada=mountain field=farmer who lives near a mountain. Japan has a lot of mountains)
Since the Doman surnames we've seen follow the "noun-verber" structure, it could be entirely possible this is their naming convention. It would actually make a bit of sense if the doman naming convention and Au Ra Raen naming conventions are the same.
However...
The surnames given to Oboro, Tsubame, Karasu, and Yugiri don't appear to exist in the Japanese version. They're titles. "Oboro of the Rising Moon," for example. A few liberties appear to have been taken for the sake of familiarity.
So yeah, we don't know...it'd be kinda funny if the naming convention really WAS stating their name in 2 different languages, though.
"Mizuki Prettymoon" anyone? :)
It seems the Raen have adopted Doman naming conventions, being such close friends of Doma. Their names sound similar to japanese names.
Xaela, on the other hand, live a harsher life, and from that i assume they will have harsher sounding names. Perhaps russian-like names. Or perhaps, more draconic fantasy sounding names.
