New to this server

Hi everybody. I'm looking to move to this server, start fresh and play either a Paladin, Black Mage, or Ninja

I am looking for a FC that is smallish, tight knit and requires at least one of these roles. As I said before, I will be starting fresh, so I will require a bit of time to level.
