Tamer/Ranger - Use (Whips) Melee/Ranged Weapons good for snaring and traping pray. uses (Beastmasters) Charms meaning you can charm any monster in the game that isn't foundin dungeons or fates and train it for battle. meaning you have one perminate pet with so many different.
Tamer/Ranger does use a form blue magic. however there monster-pets are only ones can cast it. Tamer/Ranger's have so many different types pets however only few of them can learn those type's of abilities
how to charm a monster-
first you need to beat it until its almost dead or submission. then there is 10-30% chance to charm them
then you need level it up like you would your chocobo or your character.. your pets can evolve. some of them anyway. however they fall back down to level1 and only be able carry over some of the abilities they learned
Even thought tamer/ranger is its a caster class. art of taming and animal instants. they share some abilities with arcanist
Sorcerer/Nercomancer is a other pets class instead summoning just one they summon many easily turn the tied in big fights by summoning shade's of the fallen on however unlike other pet classes they pets have duration a small one at that.. over all see alot familiarness to the black mage however Nercomancer's power over the void is far more deeper and chaotic, they use blood magic instead using mp they use there own hp. making them one step closer too death then any other class. however for a mage they insanely high HP pool
they also have one perminate "Boogy" pet that helps them cast. without it they cannot perform nercomancy spells. however the "Boogy" is only catalyst of your spells, it doesn't attack or can be targeted or take damage. it reduce's damage you take when you cast blood magic, helps maintain control over your summons
