Static on T13 looking for a skilled BARD

Hello there! Our linkshell static is looking for a skilled bard to complete our roster. We have everything up to and including T12 on farm for a few weeks, progressing on T13 P3-4 (still need fine tuning on divebombs and final adds, but we've been through Teraflare a couple times) and looking to kill it soon.

What we are looking for? A Bard, who is confident and knows his class completely. High raid awareness is required, knowing what happens on the other side of the arena as well and realises the fight is about other things too than just one player. Previous FCoB experience would be great, but not necessary if you're a quick learner and you fit in with us otherwise.

Our raiding schedule is very flexible, atm we raid around 3-5 times a week 2-4 hours at a time, usually starting around 6-7PM UK time. We use Mumble, so that is mandatory. We speak English, so good knowledge of English language is needed.
