Support System Bug

In game Support system continues to keep telling me my support ticket has been answered, I go to the information thing and close the ticket but continues to flash on my screen

I reported a player for Harassment but at this point I feel more harrased by the support system :/ I want it to stop spamming my chat log and flashing near my mini map pls :/

I've had this before, but it was only on one system, so i cleared my configuration files and cache and it was fine.
I don't advise clearing Config, it takes a while to fix it back up.

welll I can't do that thou :/ i'm on PS4 >.< it just continues to keep spamming me everytime I log in or go into a dungeon, getting annoying
