Optimal Rank for trait "Will to Power II": 50.
It seems odd for me since all its counterparts (Complete Control II, Driven by Faith II, Mind Over Matter II, Asceticism II, cannot check Muscle Memory II) are Optimal Rank: 40.
Feel free to close the thread if this is working as intended, though I must insist it's a bit strange for me...

I got the same problem you have, well not to that point i ranked my thm to r30 to get complete control II and Will to Power II, but i could'nt get it so i tought it was a r40 trait, this in my op. makes you rank all the way your mage until r40 but if you are 50 and cant get it at r40, they should at least leave it as a r40 trait. Its the fair thing to do, not r50.
