Eastern Cherry Trees

I'm looking for a price check on Eastern Cherry Trees. Please share your opinions on how much they go for or if you've seen how much someone has asked for. The highest I've seen a seller ask was 1.5 million just a few days after March's Little Ladies' event.

Around 100 k is appropriate i think. I sold them for 30k during the event and 80k after. That was a special (retainer is full) discount.
