There are some players who are botting in Frontlines (AFKing the whole match or autorunning into the wall or into eneimies). With match being 15 minutes long, you can not initiate vote kick before 5 minutes have passed.
However after the botter was dismissed, you cannot replentish ranks because 'less than 10 minutes left before the end of duty'. And the team is handicapped for the rest of match because of this restriction.
