Missing Cutscenes from the Defenders of Ishgard quest from patch 2.55 (updated)

I am finding that the only cutscene from the Defenders of Ishgard quest that shows in my unending journal in the inn is the one on the bridge where Lady Icehart disables the barrier. I missed the cutscene right before that and am trying to see it again. Also, none of the other cutscenes seem to show up from after completing various steps in the quest, "Defenders of Ishgard."
