123 drg and 122 war with Xp up to after add phase t11 10pm est

Hey there. I am a player in the middle of casual and hardcore. I can raid up to three or four days a week but it has to be after 10pm. The reason for this being whether I'm doing something with my music or at work I'll always be avail after 10 pm no matter what changes may go on in my life. I'm seeking a static that wants to stick together forever and through the heavens ward content. I'm a good player and can Def push 400 dps when I know the fight and mechanics. I just haven't progressed far enough yet only because I was lazy about finding a static and was leveling up other classes.
