Lag In Duty Finder Only - PS4

So since last patch, I lag inside the Duty Finder only. R### does't seem to be dropping, but everyone on screen outside myself will stop, actions will stop working, then after 2-3 seconds, it will all start catching up again. If it gets really bad I'll get a 90002 error and get booted.

But my PS4 stays connected to the internet. I've tested a large game download just to see if I disconnect from PSN or the internet.

I don't have lag with any other service, Gold Saucer, Mor Dhona, or what not.

I'm lucky enough to have 2 inet connections in the house, I've tested off of both, and swapped my router from a RT-AC66U to a Airport Extreme. Both instances I've had my PS4 in the DMZ and registered port forwarding to 80, 443, 8080, and 55296-55551. My brother has a PC and plays as well, and has run off my connection without issue, leading me to think this is more of a routing issue with PS4/PSN connections with the Duty Finder servers.

At this point I'm at a loss. I've started re-installing the game on my PS4. I wish I could play on PC, but only have a 13" Macbook Pro and it doesn't seem to run that well on it.

Any suggestions. Its bad enough that I haven't been able to run coil during the weeks.
