Constant R0s.

starting from today (11th April 2015) I've started to experience constant R0s within the game. This affects instance servers and my world server. Constantly, characters appear on my client to just stop, and teleport to other areas as I start receiving packets again. The R0s can last as long as a minute, but I've never actually been booted from the game from them, and until now, have never had a problem like this. No exaggeration, it's making running even easy dungeons impossible on whm.

Other games that I play, including FFXI, have no problems. I've contacted my ISP and they're reporting no problems on their end.

RAM: 16GB Kingston hyper-x beast dual ddr-3, 2133MHz. (2x 8gb modules)
GPU: 2x 4GB zotac/nvidia geforce gtx 980
CPU: Intel i7 6 Core Processor i7-4930K (3.4GHz /12MB Cache)
Connection type: Wired ethernet.
ISP: British Telecom.

World: Balmung.
