Monk LF Hard Core Static for FCOB farm/Savage/3.0+

Hello, Tobii Maru here.
I'm looking for a hard core static that currently is able to farm ALL of FCOB. My monk is i130 Bis, with the exception of a Zeta weapon that I am currently working on. I also have an i125 Paladin I use to tank T10-11 that is in full dread gear minus the fending ring and pants.

What I look for in a group:
- Synergy
- Positive environment
- Individuals capable of careful observation while in the heat of the battle
- A group capable of taking constructive criticism
- A group willing to push for world/server first (or at least completion within a month) raiding. This means I am willing to dedicate an entire week or two to raid Alexander. The weeks following the initial release of Alexander, I can dedicate 4-5 days/week to raid.

What you can expect from me:
- A loyal and dedicated player to her craft (in this case: the monk lyfe). I push for top tier DPS performance, but if you would like to know in detail, please contact me in game.
- An individual capable of adjusting to tight situations when demanded
- A player with an iron stomach for criticism and willingness to strive for the better each day
- Someone who can hard core no-life Alexander when 3.0 launches.
- I'm a Lalafell. That should be an instant cookie point.
