Heavensward Digital Upgrade?

I have looked and searched the forums but didn't see anything regarding this, has there been an announcement as to whether there will be a Heavensward digital upgrade to CE like there was with ARR? I play on PS4 and want to pre-order a digital copy and I can't really pay $129.99 for the box set.

Yes there is. You can directly preorder the digital CE or preorder the standard version now and upgrade it later.

Sorry, I forgot to mention I play on PS4. Only thing I see is standard for $39.99 and collector's for $129.99, I suppose standard is possibly my way to go for now.

The upgrade will be available later on if you want to preorder the standard version first. So just wait for it. Or you can wait for the digital CE to be released on PSN.
