Guidance, the linkshell for parties and newbies!

I have just recently created a linkshell in the quest to aid people in forming groups and leading new players (or newly returning players) through the game. With the world of Eorzea being as massive as it is, and as dangerous as it is, I believe this type of linkshell would be perfect.

My main goals for this new linkshell is to, as I mentioned earlier, guide new players through the game. Stuff like "you should avoid this area of the map cause there's demons and cactaurs that spawn over there that can one shot you" or "this levequest is easier with this many people than that one." As well as directing them to places like the port west of Ul'dah, and other important areas (like dungeons).
The second goal is basically to create a hub for group forming that when unneeded can still communicate and call in group favors for when they're needed. An example being "Conjurer wants to do a levequest, but there are too many monsters he needs to fight and can't survive them all. So he asks Gladiator to help him through. Later Gladiator is having trouble staying alive trying to kill a type of monster that drops a mat he needs, and so he asks Conjurer if he can come along and help heal him through."
In short it's a social linkshell focused on forming groups and leveling.
