Unobtainable leves?

Working on clearing all the leves, I've run across a few that never seem to appear no matter how much I refresh the leve list, and which searching online has seen other people unable to get them either. They are "We Didn't Start the Fire" in the Bannock, and "Mite and Magic" and "Hog Wild" in Camp Bentbranch. So... Can anyone confirm doing these? Or are they possibly glitched?

The posts I'm reading are made in 2014, but they seem to exist, but as a rare leve chance. So you'd have to cycle the leve's until it appears. I've had to do this with a couple of leve's before.
