Houseing option that needs to be implimented mods read please and pass on

Hello ok there is a problem for tons of people on every server with some houseing options that are needed. I understand why we are not allowed to sell our houses so everyone can buy without haveing to pay outrageous prices from rich merchants, with that said what we want is to be able to change the house from residentual house to a fc house or fc to residentual right now our only option is to tear it down relinquish the land and start over but after spending months selling in markets and spending the millions we earned to get our awsome residentual homes we cant turn them into a fc house to share all we have worked for with others. Hard enough to buy and furnish one so why not help us enjoy our game more with a simple change in the houseing rules it would bring alot of happiness to all players with this prob and like me most would quit playing before tearing down the millions of gil invested in there mansions. so please try to push for this .
