Missing Commendation Rewards

Class/Level: 35 NIN at the moment

I have earned the Leaving a Good Impression I, II, and III achievements, and it is to my understanding that you receive rewards when completing these. That being said, I have not received the following:

- Princely Hatchling (for 50 commendations)
- Partisan's Crown (for 100 commendations)

I have checked my inventory and looked through my mail. Unless there is another place I'm supposed to look, I believe that I never received these two rewards.

*I currently have 127 commendations.

You have to talk to someone in Old Gridania near Apallku Falls, if I remember the name of the place correctly.

You will need to visit him many times for achievement rewards.

You need to talk to johanthas(?) in old grid. He's by the waterfall in the northern part, he'll give ya all achievement rewards.
