DRG looking for a static for the first time (EU)

Hello,

I've been playing ARR casually for just over a year now but have never really gotten into the endgame due to time constraints at work.
Recently though my hours have become more consistent and with Heavensward coming I was hoping to join an endgame group in preparation for Alexander.
Whenever I look for groups though, I can never find one which is in a similar situation to me, most are just recruiting for FCOB.

So i'm mostly just looking for advice on finding a group or maybe just outright finding one.

I'm a DRG ilvl 126.
I have currently beat T1-T7 and primals up to Shiva.
I'm looking for people who raid 1-3 times a week and i'm available every night GMT time.
Currently on Phoenix server.
