Just a few questions about Warrior

1. Does your Critical hits affects your self-healing? Like is it 150% more self-heals due to damage modifier.

2. What is the calculation for Determination stat? And how it affects your self-healing?

3. How much Skill Speed is recommended and why? Do you need to hit 2.40 seconds GCD?

1) The only way Crit will alter your self heals is if you were to crit on an Inner Beast or had Bloodbath up or if you were using Second Wind.

2) Determination only affects your outgoing healing, tooltip is rather misleading. Again, this is different if you're referring to self heal via above mentioned skills, but it's strictly from an attack power increase.

3) I could be wrong but I believe you want to be in the 390-410 range depending on latency and rotation timing so that you can fit 9 hits into your Zerk timer.

I never knew Second Wind could critical. It never has from any of my limited uses with it (Mantra replaced it on my cross-skill hotbar) but I find Bloodbath has a few interesting uses. The obvious is how it stacks with healing abilities like Mercy Stroke, Storm's Path, and Inner Beast (and also gives you healing on multi-hit attacks per hit such as Overpower and Steel Cyclone) - but it also works off of things like cannons. Such as the ones used in Praetorium (or was it Castrum?), Stone Vigil Hard Mode and Steps of Faith.

Oh Second Wind is amazing. It's effected by what your attack rating is so when I have maim, berserk and inner release up I can crit for up to 1.7k (I think is the highest I've seen). Use it in conjecture with inner beast (or even storms eye) and bloodbath for some crazy self healing.

It's definitely a great skill, but I don't have a spot for it on my bars. Instead I use Provoke, Convalescence, Flash, Awareness, Internal Release.

Awareness/Flash are what you would replace with Second Wind. If you don't need Flash for the encounter, use SW instead. If you don't need Awareness, use SW instead.

There's many fights where you'll simply never need flash, ever, as a warrior, so taking it is a waste of a slot. Second wind is always useful no matter the fight.
Awareness, while kind of meh sometimes, can be pretty nice. Especially on things like adds in 11.

I appreciate the advice, but I wasn't looking for suggestions on what skills to use. I use what I use because it works for me and I've never found a use for Second Wind in any situation where it would matter. Just the way I see it, though.

No offense but how do you say you don't find a use for second wind, meanwhile you say you always take flash. I mean be completely honest, how useful is flash?
The only time I take flash is for Levi farming when I need to grab spumes, and even then you could just op them.

But second wind is a simple self heal, something that can always be useful. Pair it with unchained+berserk for a nice heal

I've used it in numerous situations, you don't need to argue the merits of using it paired with other attack increasing skills (I made note of that earlier in the thread, so I'm fully aware of how the skill works). For me the limited healing doesn't justify a spot on my bar, free heal or not.

We're talking a 1300 heal (non-crit) IF I have all of my attack buffs up or it crits, 800-900 without...so yes, amazing IF i'm buffed.
