Weird rock in Coerthas

I was working on my zeta today in Coerthas, and spotted this weird rock, it stood out as it looks like it might have used to be a landmark or something in 1.0, it's unique looking too, not seen any like this anywhere else in Coerthas.

It's a grave/memorial that's explained in the Bard's lv. 50 job quest.
