Moderators/Devs any of you out there?

I've got a few suggestions. Not sure if Devs read a lot of these so I don't want to waste my time typing it all out until I know i'm talking to one.

The devtracker (The sidebar on the forum top) shows that yes, Moderators do read them and actually respond to some of them.
