Possible Graphical Bug/Error

I believe i have found a graphical bug on the cuirass gear type (the tank chest piece that appears a lot in lower ilvl gear). The part underneath the shoulder pads is incredibly blocky, not smooth. I know some gear simply looks better than others, but this particular quality gap is atrocious.

Here, you see that it's not simply my machine; the game looks fine.

It's not limited to just the Mythril Cuirass; here is a Cobalt Cuirass.

Here is a comparable view of the Noct Lorica and Demon Armor of Fending. Their shoulder pads look NOTHING like the cuirass gear type.

The effect is not as pronounced when looking through the Try On window.

I want to use the cuirass as part of my glamour, but those shoulder pads are atrocious, especially when i fold my arms, fully exposing the blockiness.
