Unsettled Scholar Unresponsive

After completing the 2.55 Main Scenario quests, certain PCs become available for chat. The Unsettled Scholar was added in Northern Thanalan at X:16 Y19 and, when clicked on, is unresponsive, much like Yda and Papalymo were after completing patch 2.5 Main Scenario.
