RETAINERS: Re-expand the expansion of duties permit

Players could benefit from retainers by being allowed to request an item delivery. There could be a new delivery tab available somewhere on the interface allowing players to select up to five items to be delivered by moogle mail, the same as with letters from players.

These items would come from the players own retainer inventory. Retainers were made with the idea of reducing work the player has to do, and having this option would reduce unnecessary leg work and give retainers a better reputation. They were always being called by linkshell pearl in the cut scenes, yet the only way we can contact them is by summoning bell.

We are aware of the community fish fries they frequent, we don't care that we are never invited. What we don't know, is how one could get into their line of work without ever learning to use a mail service.
