ps3 to ps4

Hi all
iv had this gamw since it came out. But havent played in a long time. Now that im back I wanted to tranafer my ps3 acciunt to my new ps4 but I tried doing that yesterday but could not find any button or anything to do that. I searched online and it told its in mogstation but still could not find it.

I want to play for these montha beforw expensian comes out wana get ready for it. And I dont want to have both consoles turned on and switch between each time I want to play a diffrwnt game.

i believe they ended the free upgrade from ps3 to ps4 @ 3/31/2015

Okey. Honestly I dont find if its not free I just wana upgrade it
