The Lodestone Event Planner and timezones clarification

Whenever a specific time is mentioned on the Lodestone, it should always state which timezone it is for.

I've encountered instances where the timezone isn't mentioned, which creates confusion. Especially with the EU English and NA English versions of the Lodestone looking practically identical and with NA and EU people both posting stuff on the Lodestone mixed up with each other, it's not always apparent if the time mentioned is GMT or PST or otherwise.

Example: the newly added 'Event Planner' doesn't state the timezone in the top of the post. An event planned for 3:00 to 6:00, with no AM or PM mentioned because it's EU, could be interpreted as 3-6 AM GMT or PST or 3-6 PM GMT or PST, with a time difference of 8 hours between GMT or PST. With no way of knowing in which timezone the one posting the event is living in and if the Lodestone converts the time that person chooses for the event to my timezone or not, I have no idea when it is.
