I am trying to transfer a character from Exodus to Gilgamesh, but when I go to the character transfer page, I select Gilgamesh and hit confirm, but when I go to select current server, Exodus is not showing up. This happens to any server I choose in place of Gilgamesh. My character is on Exodus, and has been for awhile now. Any reasons on why this is happening? I have already contacted support, but got an automated answer that did not pertain to my problem at all.
