Artemis Bow novus stats melding

Hello, I'm stuck on the hole "Artemis Bow novus stats melding" I don't know what and how much to pick. Some people are saying 33 crit / 23 det / 19 accuracy is this the best to go for or is there a better combination if so what should I go for?

Full Crit/Det if you want to mix max it
Myself determination IV materia was far too expensive and i was tired of the Relic not being complete so went full crit, determination i was 10 short so added accuracy instead.
