Deco and Housing Design

My requests are as follows:

- i would like the abilility to raise and lower housing items
- i would like deco items that i can utilize in designing a dungeon so to speak, bloody items, destructive items etc.

i want the ability to do my deco design the way i envision to reflect my likes and personality. please take this request seriously.
