Heavensward Question PS4/PC

So i've purchased FFXIV on both PS4 and PC and i'm wondering if i wanted to play heavensward on both do I again have to buy copies on both platforms? In my mind buying it for PC should unlock it for both since the account would be flagged as heavensward but I'm not sure. Anyone have any info on this?

It's better to be like that but I'm afraid it won't be.
