stat help/gear help

Hey guys!! Epic here
Well recently I have came back to the game due to being able to afford a sub lol.. and we\\'ll I feel way behind lol. At the moment I am ilevel 83 and we\\'ll I\\'m kinda confused on what I should do to get better gear because of when I do ST no Pali gear drops and yea... I\\'m trying to figure out of I\\'m doing something wrong or what can I do to get better results in gearing up also getting my relic worth it I have the atma curtain for my Pali and I\\'ve had people tell me its not worth working on and other tell me it is so I\\'m like D : what to do haha. Now as for stat wise what do I want most and what not for raiding? And coils? Thanks for all the input and ideas :) also I have been having trouble tanking holding Argo any tips to help with that : all I very welcomed :D
