Fix for Ability effects while mounted

One suggestion I have had for a long time is to fix the inconsistency with the character ability effects (i.e. Monks green swirly Greased Lightning effect or Warriors orange flaming spiral Infuriated effect) when mounted. If your effect is still active when you call your choco or other mount, your abilities special effect ends up hovering about 3 or 4 feet above the character instead of continuing around the character.
I imagine it is not an simple fix, otherwise it would have been addressed already. However, it is an inconsistency that has persisted since before 2.0 and should be seen to before it gets buried under the upcoming Heavensward hotfixes.
