k if you wanna play Taturu in î‚»Coerthas Central Highlands (6,6) then its between hours of 5.00pm and 5.30am - he gives Urainger, Tataru taru and Lightning cards.

I'm really starting to wonder if there are any other new TT NPC's besides Tataru. Walked around in some regions and talked to every NPC I could find but the TT Challange thingie never popped up ._.

Weirdly enough, the French version of the patchnote refers specifically to only "one new NPC". The German one seems also to refer to multiple NPC...

Yea i thought there was more than one NPC added as well but so far it just seems to be Tataru.. I've done the same thing walked around every zone talking to every NPC i could and no prompts for any TT challenge. I took a break for a few hours and decided to give Tataru another go and yay RNG blessed me for once!
