Heavensward CE on PC, Standard on PS4?

Apologies if this has been brought up already. Please post link if it has.

If I bought the CE on the PC and the standard on the PS4 (same account), would the in-game CE bonus items be available on both? Also, if I bought PS4 standard at a later date, would the CE items show up then? I'm assuming yes, since they are tied to the account.
Pre-order I'm not concerned with.

I'm pretty sure you could use your CE items as it would be account wide.

Yeah, it's like the original game where if you registered a CE of any console/PC edition, the benefits were account wide.
