FFXIV LIBRA issue

It's been couple of weeks, since it's not been fixed I would like to ask it here.
I can't access any crafting log or gathering log information on FFXIV LIBRA now, and it seems all my friends using apple mobile devices, system version 8.2 are having the same problem, but andriods and un-updated apple devices are still working fine.

My mobile is iphone 5, system version 8.2. Maybe 8.2 update caused the problem. And I have tired to re-install the app, it didn't solve the problem. Please fix it.
