Daily Beast Quest allowance not reset

At the behest of a generic reply from the GM team regarding an issue I seem to be having, I am creating this report here.

For the past couple of days, my Beast Tribe Quest allowances have not reset and I am unable to obtain the Ehcatl Nine Delivery Quests daily as it simply states 'Not Available'.

Unfortunately I do not know the steps to reproduce this problem. All I know is that I was completing the Ixali quests daily and then suddenly my allowances did not reset.
