Chocobo Max Rank Point/Skill Reset

I know that you're in the process of changing things about chocobo racing, so I'd like to offer up a couple obvious points that hopefully won't be overlooked.

It would be nice to have some way of resetting feed stats and skills at max rank.

Regarding skills, I think you can train new skills from a book, but not all of the skills are available from books, and at max rank I don't believe you can learn them any other way.

Also after having spent almost 150k mgp on grade 3 feed, plus all the time it takes to rank up the bo, it would be nice to be able to restat if you'd made a mistake.
