Hi i tried to transfer worlds from typhon to tonberry but i keep getting error 401 and 601 i checked my region on my profile it says europe but should be oceanic as i am in Australia
I googled and it says you can't change regions, so would i have to make a new account?

You can join every server regardless of the server region.
You can't change the region of your SE account. Australian people get an EU account and pay in Euro.
thats your card being denied for any and every reason, except the fault of the payment system. /s
to be serious tho, try paying for the transfer a different way.
