Encrypted Tomestone in 2.55

So I've been hearing a lot of people say that encrypted tomestone is going to be available either via WoD or the weekly 24-main quest after 2.55. A while back when the hype first started for 2.55 somebody posted a JP interview that had been translated that specifically said this in the english translation.

Fast forward to now and I can't find that interview or any official information (both on live letter q&a + jp blog) that says anything about the encrypted tomestone. I've also googled a lot and searched both forums and reddit but didn't come up with anything credible.

I was wondering if anybody can provide an official source for this or if it's just speculation from the community? I was very excited for this change but without any official information I'm becoming skeptical that it's actually going to happen.

Just wait for tuesday I guess.

It was originally mentioned in the CE unboxing live letter but the official translation doesn't have it included. So either it was a mistaken translation or they are hiding it's reveal for the patch notes.

My thoughts are its quite likely the tomestone will show up, they did this previously with the ST tomestones so I see no reason why they wouldn't especially since we are getting an ilvl jump with Heavensward anyway.
