Question about Recruit friend

Hello ;)
i just finished the 14days free trial . Can i recruit some friends after i purchase (and register) the game or i need to finish also the 30days free trial?

I think the option to create a recruitment code should be up right away

I have a question regarding recruit a friend as well. My buddy played before the reboot and his account still exists he owns the game and whatnot. Can I recruit him if he returns to the game? Also can I recruit him after he does his free trial?

The moment there is any paid time on the account, it's no longer possible to recruit them.

A quick way he can check: Even if his account isn't active, he should be able to log into Mog Station. Click the "your account" button. If he sees a "enter recruitment code" (or something like that), then it's possible to recruit him.
