ps4 control

hi cant use my ps4 control on ff14 log in screen on ps4 its just unresponsive nothin works.. but can use it for anything else but ff14 i posted in tech support but its annoying me so any1 has any suggestions to what has happened??

or is any1 experiencing same problem?? frustrated cause almost finished my zeta then this happens :(

Did you do the latest system update? That may resolve it or factory reset if all else fails.

yeah did the ps4 update last night.. the control works fine when not trying to log in to ff14 tho can play other games, access psn store/trophies etc just unresponsive on the ff14 log in screen :(
