Guildhest and levequets

I don't have any of the guildhests, nor do I have any levequests really. I have one. And no matter what I do I'm not able to get anymore. I have multiple lvl 50 characters but I just don't know where I went wrong lol. Maybe it has something to do with the fact that I beta'ed and brought over my final character from there?

If anyone could help me, I'd be eternally grateful!
