Strange clipping issue

I noticed something recently while running around on my PLD. I've been using the Demon Mail of Fending with a Spring Skirt glamoured for my leg gear, but as of lately I realized they seem to clip for some reason when I zoom all the way out. Basically, if I'm running around or whatever and I keep zooming the camera out, eventually I can begin to see the skirt clip through the armor, but if I zoom the camera back in a little bit, the clipping goes away.

Any idea what could be causing this? I'm just wondering if it's a graphical issue on my end or possibly something in-game that's causing it.

EDIT: Issue has been resolved. I just disabled the 'use low detail on distant objects' option and now the clipping doesn't occur any more.
