Error kicks me from the game

During the main scenario quest " The black wolf's ultimatum" when i speak with the NPC at the chamber of Rule in Ul'dah my screen goes black and starts loading the cut-scene and after 1 minute or so an error window pops up and kick me from the game. I asked in guild chat and none heard of anything like this. It only happens with that specific part of the quest. A guild mate told me to reinstall the game and im doing so, I hope it resolves. I already got a reply from the help team but i was asked to post it here.
