Looking for clarification Re; Account renewal

Ok so I got my notice that I will be auto billed in a few days via email today. Of course it is literally hours before pay day. I have what should cover it in my bank account currently but the Canadian dollar has slipped a bit these last few months so I could be wrong.
The email says "Please note that insufficient Crysta or incorrect credit card information will result in the cancellation of the subscription for your service account"
Now does this mean it just will not resub or does it mean account will be banned?

It means it will not resub.

It'll just not resub.. Not being able to pay (for whatever reason) won't get you banned :)

That's what I thought just seemed like really harsh language and with some of the things SE does I had to double check.
